Return & Refund Policy

At INUVO ,  our aim is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy. We stand firmly behind our products, backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee! However, before you request a refund, please give us a chance to make it right for you. If you still wish to proceed with the refund, we operate a 30-day return policy, allowing you ample time to return any item(s) for a refund from the date of receipt. Regrettably, returns beyond this period cannot be accepted unless authorised in advance. To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must remain in their original condition, inclusive of packaging, accessories, and documentation. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during the return process, hence we advise ensuring secure and safe shipment.

 

To confirm our return address, please reach out to us. It's essential to note that our business address DOES NOT serve as our return address. Ensuring your item is directed to the correct address is your responsibility. We cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from items returned to an incorrect address. Items sent without prior return requests will not be accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please adhere to the following steps:

 

1. Contact our customer service team at hello@inuvo.co.uk to request a return. Remember to include your order number and reason for return.

2. Our customer service team will furnish you with instructions on the return process and where to send your item(s).

3. Securely pack the item(s), ensuring inclusion of original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

4. Dispatch the package back to us via a carrier of your choice. For added security, we recommend using a tracked service to mitigate the risk of parcel loss. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels in such cases.

5. Upon receipt of your return, we endeavour to process it within 7 working days. If approved, you'll receive an email confirming initiation of the refund, with the purchase price refunded to your original payment method. Please be advised that it may take 3 - 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Should more than 15 working days pass since the approval of your return, please get in touch, and we will investigate promptly.

 

Return and exchange shipping remains the responsibility of the customer, except where the return or exchange results from our error (e.g. receipt of incorrect product or faulty item). In such instances, we cover the cost of return and exchange shipping.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. Should you find any defects, damage, or discrepancies, please contact us immediately. We'll assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to secure the item you desire is to return the item you have. Upon acceptance of your return, proceed with a separate purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Moreover, for items shipped to the European Union, you retain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification. Again, the item must remain in its original condition, including packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase will be required. Recognising that 14 days may not suffice for decision-making, we extend our guarantee to 30 days.
